Announcement: Transition to Online from 23 March 2020

Dear Students,

As announced by our President, all classes will be delivered online from Monday 23 March.

This is an exciting new approach at ICMS as online courses have been delivered successfully around the world for many years, so be assured that we are in a good position to help you succeed in your studies.

Please follow these instructions to ensure you are ready to start learning online from next week:

  1. Make sure you have ICMS email and Moodle access. Email if you cannot access these tools;
  2. Review your access to internet connection;
  3. Where possible, use a computer/device with microphone and camera;
  4. Create a free Zoom account at zoom.
  5. Download the mobile zoom app through your app store, allowing you to attend class on your mobile if required.

Keeping in contact with your teacher is very important when studying online, as you will be able to ask questions and receive answers throughout the week, and participate in group discussions.

Attending online classes

Commencing Monday 23rd March, your teachers will run 2 x 2-hour sessions on Zoom; one at 10am and the second at 1:30pm.

To access the Zoom room, open the respective topic on Moodle and click on your specific zoom time. Please note each hourly session will have a different link as outlined below:
